1. Intellectual Property
All creative works... are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative ArtVilla.
2. Custom Commissions
Commissioned projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure studio time.
3. Artistic Variance
Digital displays vary significantly... colors on your screen may differ slightly from physical pigments.
4. Delivery & Handling
Artwork is shipped only after full payment is received. Collectors are responsible for accurate delivery info.
5. Studio Visits
Physical studio visits are by appointment only. Please respect the active workspace.
